Survey Addresses Fundamental Question Of Whether IT Certs Get You Raises Or Jobs

The majority of IT professionals that took this latest survey (about 60%) of them agree that having certifications helps in getting much needed and deserved raises or new jobs in the IT career field. This survey was conducted with 700 people. It does seem to help overall but several people also state that there are other things that make you more marketable to an employer than just IT certs, such as higher level degrees.
